Appearance: short, slender, grayish/white skin, beaming yellow eyes and teeth, long brown hair, white and orange jumpsuit, orange gloves and boots, and a helmet with two orange stripes

Terra was once a racer in TurboTime, when TurboTime went Out of Order she waited for Turbo to return. Once he returned to the game, she told him what happened and that their racing days were forever done. When they headed to Game Central Station, Terra noticed that Turbo was not behind her and the Turbo Twins. She thought he either died inside the game or took refuge in another game. Asking Ralph to take shelter in his game, he allows her. This was the last time she saw the Turbo Twins, for they took shelter in F-Zero. Promising them that she will not face them til she finds Turbo. While living in Niceland, she stayed at the dump with Ralph so he wouldn't be lonely, but mostly because Gene wouldn't let her live in the penthouse. She is and forever will be loyal and devoted to Turbo. When Ralph left his game to win a medal, Terra followed him so she can bring him back to the game. Like Ralph, she helps Vanellope make her car. She loses her helmet while fighting off the Cy-Bugs with a candy cane. When discovering that King Candy was Turbo, she falls into a catatonic state. After he became a Cy-Bug, Terra tried to knock some sense into him by calling out to him, but failed. When Turbo gets vaporized by the Diet Cola lava, all Terra could do was shout out his name and fall to the ground crying. Before Ralph, Felix and Calhoun leave Sugar Rush, she decides to stay behind. As she tells them this, she is holding Turbo's helmet. As Ralph, Felix and Calhoun wave goodbye, Terra waves back, as she waves goodbye Rancis come up beside her. He takes her hand and leads her to the others and her new home. Candlehead finds Terra's helmet some time later, which was somewhere near the finish line.

During gaming hours, Terra isolates herself in her house huddled up either on her bed or in a corner and cries. When she is stopped by the Serge protector and asks her anything to declare, she always says "Turbo-tastic!"


~Trivia~
Next to Terra's helmet is Turbo's helmet that sits on a self in her home in Sugar Rush. His helmet was the only thing that made it threw the lava.
Terra was very close to Turbo, as everyone else hated him, she was the only one who stayed loyal to him. She was also the supportive friend that always congratulated Turbo on his winnings.
After Terra stayed in Sugar Rush, she later went to F-Zero to finally face the twins and tell them what happened to Turbo.
After Turbo's termination, it is possible that Terra is still struggling with her broken heart and is trying to move on and forget about him but is not succeeding.
Terra hates being called short, when called short she'll take off her helmet and throw it at the person who called her short.
Terra becomes an older sister figure to the Sugar Rush kids; but mostly to Candlehead and Rancis.
Turbo actually survived the lava, but due to him going into hiding Terra doesn't know.
